Yes — we calibrate pressure based on the surface. Wood surfaces get lower pressure with appropriate nozzles to avoid damage.
Yes, and that's a good thing. Detergent is what actually kills mold, breaks down grease, and lifts oxidation — pressure alone just pushes it around. Everything we use is EPA-compliant and safe for your family, pets, and lawn.
Once a year is typical. High-traffic areas or surfaces with oil stains may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Not with the right technique. We adjust pressure based on siding material — vinyl, brick, and wood all require different approaches.
